MEANING

The Lower Deck was a regular spot during our undergraduate days. Saturday night, with a beer in hand, and surrounded by good friends, we were at home. Of course, a night was not complete without a raised glassed sociable and Farewell to Nova Scotia to finish off the evening. Even today it is not uncommon to hear this Maritime classic as you stroll by one the many Halifax’s watering holes.
