The first time I saw an elephant was in Thailand and you truly never forget this beautiful animal. I have since gone to Thailand many times and seen many more elephants but will always remember my first.
My most recent adventure to Asia was a couple years ago. I stayed in Thailand for a few weeks. Most days were spent walking to one of the many temples and finding fabulous meal (both are easily done). This place, many years ago, was one of my first true travel love and so was that elephant.
