Nova Scotia lobster was once a poor man’s food, but today it’s a delicacy. Do not be fooled though, as no white tablecloth or high end restaurant is needed for delicious meal. A picnic table covered with newspapers (for quick cleanup), melted butter and a mount of lobsters is all a true Maritimer needs for this fancy feast.
